SuperStructure Partner Alliance
How It Works
One day on site with your client, seven phases on the platform, and a clear line between your work and ours. Everything the client reads links back to something the client said or showed.
One day on site->Seven phases->Signed agreement->KLH Media builds
One day on site
Recordings
Conversations with the owner and the people who do the work, role by role. Each person agrees to be recorded before the session starts. The platform writes out who said what, and when.
Whiteboards
Photographs of the boards, wall charts, and sketches the business actually runs on. Each photo is read into a diagram you can correct.
Screens
Pictures of the programs in use today, screen by screen. They become a list of every system, what it holds, and who relies on it.
Documents
Forms, price lists, agreements, and procedures as the client keeps them. Nothing needs to be tidied or retyped first.
Sheets
The spreadsheets that fill the gaps between systems. They often show where the real process lives.
Threads the client forwards to you. They wait in a holding area, and nothing is read until you choose to add it to the engagement.
You collect things the way they naturally occur. There is no questionnaire for the client to fill in and no template to complete on site.
What the platform does with it
| Step | You do | The platform does | The client gets |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prospect | Meet the business and book the discovery day | Drafts the brief and prepares the consent forms | A clear plan for the day |
| Discovery: Evidence | Record, photograph, upload, and forward what you collected | Writes out recordings, names the speakers, reads whiteboards, lists the systems, reads documents and sheets | Confidence that everything they said was kept, with their consent on file |
| Discovery: Findings | Accept, edit, or reject each finding | Drafts findings with the source beside each one. Logs where two people disagree. Keeps a guess marked as a guess | A plain account of what we heard, in their own words |
| Discovery: Opportunity Map | Approve the scores and the verdict | Splits one request into separate opportunities, scores each on ten dimensions, and runs eight readiness checks | A ranked view of what to build now, what to build next, and what to leave |
| Specification | Review it and send it to the client to strike through | Assembles the specification from building blocks already in production and runs an independent review | A specification where each requirement is marked evidenced or proposed |
| Design: Blueprints | Publish the screen previews to the Client Room | Draws screen previews from the building blocks chosen in the specification | A look at the screens before anything is built |
| Design: Build Plan | Confirm what the client must provide and when | Lays out phases, a timeline, and acceptance points. Asks KLH Media to confirm the start date | A timeline with a confirmed start date |
| Quote | Set the price at or above the floor | Works out the estimate as a range and checks it against the price floor | One price for the build and one for the platform, with a payment schedule |
| Contract | Send for signature and follow up | Fills the agreements from the quote and the plan, routes them for signing in order, and keeps the record | Agreements ready to sign, with nothing retyped by hand |
| Build | Stay beside your client at each gate | Shows progress, gates, and what the client owes the build | A build delivered by KLH Media in phases they sign off |
| Support | Keep the relationship | Turns a change into a new quote | Support from KLH Media and one person who knows their business |
The platform proposes and the partner decides. Every score and every section needs your approval before the client sees it. Every action shows its cost in credits before it runs.
Built from what already runs
KLH Media already runs a catalog of working parts for paying customers: boards, timelines, phone apps for field staff, reminders, voice agents, access rules, and more. A building block is one of those parts. The specification starts from them, so most of what your client is quoted has already been built, tested, and supported somewhere else. What is left over is new work, named, priced and scheduled as new work.
| What the client needs | Building block that meets it | State |
|---|---|---|
| See every job and every technician on one board | Live Boards | In production |
| Plan the week on a timeline | Timeline | In production |
| Give technicians job details and sign-off on a phone | Field App kit | In production |
| Send reminders and follow-ups without anyone remembering to | Workflow engine | In production |
| Answer the phone after hours | Voice Agents | In production |
| Pass finished jobs to the accounting program | None yet | New work |
Example from a sample engagement with a service contractor.
Why this matters to your client
They are shown what exists and what does not, before they sign. An estimate is a range drawn from how long the same parts took to build before. No accuracy figure is ever claimed.
Why this matters to you
You do not need to judge what is technically possible. The platform matches each need to a building block and shows how well it fits. KLH Media reviews the package before a quote goes out.
Who does what
| Work | Partner | KLH Media | In plain words |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discovery | OWN | ASSIST | You run the day on site. KLH Media works beside you on your first engagement |
| Findings | OWN | - | You decide what is true. KLH Media does not see findings before handoff |
| Specification | OWN | ASSIST | You approve it. KLH Media reviews the technical side after handoff |
| Price | OWN | ASSIST | You set the price. KLH Media sets the floor you cannot go below |
| Contract with the client | ASSIST | OWN | The technology contract is between KLH Media and the client. Your consulting agreement is your own |
| Build | ASSIST | OWN | KLH Media builds. You help the client meet their side of the plan |
| Hosting and support | - | OWN | KLH Media hosts, secures, and supports the system under its own service commitments |
Whose contract
Two agreements, kept apart. The technology contract is between KLH Media and the client. KLH Media is responsible to the client for the build, the hosting, the security, and the support. Your consulting is your own: your agreement, your fees, your client relationship. It stays yours if you leave the network.
Your client's data
Files stay in your workspace
Recordings, photos, and documents are kept in the workspace that collected them. Other partners cannot see them. The hub sees the engagement name, its stage, and its amounts, never the files or the findings.
KLH reads them in place, after handoff
Once the client has signed and you hand the package over, named KLH Media engineers read the evidence where it sits in order to build. It is not copied out of your workspace.
The client owns their data
What the client gave you remains theirs. A person can withdraw consent and have their part of a recording removed. If you leave the network, your workspace is paused, never deleted.
