SuperStructure Partner Alliance

Turn one client day into a signed build

You spend one day on site with a client you already advise. You record the conversations, photograph the whiteboards, and collect the documents they work from. The platform turns that day into findings the client recognises, a specification made from building blocks already in production, a plan, a quote, and an agreement ready to sign. KLH Media builds it, hosts it, and supports it.

For consulting firms

Independent advisors and consulting practices who already serve established businesses, and whose clients keep asking what to do about AI and their systems.

What you bring

The client relationship, an understanding of how their business really runs, and one well-run discovery day. No programmers and no software practice of your own.

What KLH builds

The working system: engineering, hosting, security, and support, under a technology contract between KLH Media and the client. Your consulting stays yours.

What a partner does

Spend the day with the client

Record the conversations and collect what they work from, as it is. Consent is on file before anything is recorded.

Decide what is true

The platform drafts. You accept, edit, or reject every finding and every score. Nothing reaches the client without your approval.

Walk the client through it

What we heard, what we recommend, what it costs. The client strikes what they do not want and signs what they do.

Stay their advisor

KLH Media builds and supports the system. You remain the person the client calls, before and after go-live.

Why it is not a generic AI answer

Every requirement cites what the client said

Each finding and each requirement links to the minute of the recording, the photo, or the page it came from. A number someone guessed at stays marked unconfirmed until the client confirms it in writing.

Every screen is a building block already in production

The specification is assembled from parts KLH Media already runs for paying customers. New work is the exception. It is named as new work and priced as new work.

It will tell you not to build

Every opportunity passes eight readiness checks. A strong score never outranks a failed check. Some opportunities come back as return to discovery, or decline.

The work, in eight steps

1 Evidence->2 Findings->3 Opportunity Map->4 Specification->5 Blueprints->6 Build Plan->7 Quote->8 Contracts

Each step opens only when the one before it is complete. The client sees the result in their own Client Room, in plain words. What happens at each step

What has happened in the network

Partners at work

How it is counted: seats that were active in the last 30 days. A seat that was bought and never used is not counted.

Specifications produced

How it is counted: specifications approved by the partner this month. Drafts and practice runs are not counted.

Agreements signed

How it is counted: build agreements signed by both the client and KLH Media this month. Sent but unsigned is not counted.

Opportunities declined

How it is counted: opportunities scored this month that came back as decline or return to discovery.

Figures follow once counting starts. The numbers will be published here with exactly these counting rules. The declined number is shown beside the others because a method that never says no is not a method.

Not for you if

You want a lead list

We do not hand out leads. Partners bring clients they already know and advise. The platform makes your discovery day worth more. It does not find the client for you.

You want to resell software without doing discovery

There is no catalog to sell from. Nothing is quoted until the client's own words and documents support it. If a day on site is not how you want to work, this is the wrong network.

You want a promise of income

We make none. You can take part at no cost on the Free tier. Running a discovery takes certification. What follows depends on the work you do for your clients.
